I was told be the salesman that the price was $400 minus appx $100 in Chevy points. The bill ended up being just over $700.00. He did not mention installation fees. I assumed that the price quoted included installation. I feel as a salesman should have been more forthcoming. I had looked online, and from what a learned $400 was reasonable. It is a very nice cover but I hope in the future any quote given will be open and honest.

service department was excellent in trying to resolve the issue, however, despite following all service bulletins to correct issues, the matter is still not resolved. This is the third time since January when I took possession of the vehicle that I have had to bring it in to the dealer for the same issue. Had an accident, Robert Green took the bull by the horns and handled everything! They did a FANTASTIC job, repairing, replacing, painting and detailing, and suppling a loaner care for the extra day not covered by insurance. I had used my GM rewards points to pay for a trailer hitch for my Chevrolet Blazer EV AWD RS under a special discount program run by GM to reduce the price of accessories. This trailer hitch allows me to use a hitch-mounted bike carrier to carry my grandsons' bicycles. The GM Rewards program even included installation fees at my dealer. The installation of the trailer hitch was hardly a simple process because the hitch required a cut-out in the bumper to accommodate the hitch template. The service department researched how to create the cut-out after bolting the hitch to the underbody and after creating a mount for the trailer wiring. If this sounds like a complex operation, it was. There were lower cost trailer hitches that mounted below the bumper (like Curt, Draw-Tite and U-Haul) but these hitches can scrape the ground and are exposed to the elements. The dealership service department shuttled me to my home and picked me up and put in all the time and expertise necessary to perform the installation in a professional manner.

I stopped at the dealer ship on 8/13/25 to look at what was on the lot and sticker prices, not expecting to speak with anyone, due to it being a stormy day. While looking at the trucks on the lot I was approached by a gentleman who asked if he could help me. I stated no I was just looking and explained that they probably couldn't get me into anything anyway, due to the fact that I am retired and on a tight fixed budget. He then asked if he could walk with me while I looked, and I replied yes if you don't mind getting wet. The gentleman answered any questions I had and was very helpful. End result they were able to get me into a lease vehicle that fit my budget.

My truck was at Healey Chevy in new Hampton four times for the same issue. You guys kept claiming it was a re-software update for the DEF. I continue to have issues with the truck. I scheduled an appointment for a different Chevy dealer in Sullivan County. They found that the DEF sending unit was faulted And the tank had to be replaced. So my truck was down for multiple weeks because you guys did not want to do the warranty work and try to push me off that it kept being software updates. I will never be back.

Was in for a transmission issue. Had to schedule the appointment about 2 weeks out. At 8AM Monday morning Ben in the service department checked me in. A tech took the truck for a test drive and observed the problem. By 9 Ben gave me an idea of what would need to be done, and before 11 work was done and I was on my way home. Was a transmission filter and fluid change so it will take a few days for the fluid to circulate around the gears. Will give it a week and see if it corrected the problem.

I had scheduled a service appointment to complete a recall campaign and, since the car was there anyway, to conduct an inspection and rotate the tires. I arranged to stay during the servicing. I was in the service department for about two hours and was advised twice of the current status of repairs. In just under two hours I was informed that the work was done and was handed the necessary paperwork as the vehicle was brought around for my convenience. Excellent experience.

I had an emergency with my Western snowplow. It failed to operate in any direction. I brought my Silverado to Robert Green and the service manager Clayton was more than accommodating in helping me with my issue. Within a few hours my plow was up and running and I was on the road. The staff is professional and very knowledgeable in what they do!
